TiVo One’s 54% Ad-Revenue Jump Shows Outcome Data Reshaping Connected TV
TiVo’s expanding audience, Wurl’s contextual targeting and Amazon’s AI buying tools push streaming ads toward measurable results.
TiVo One’s users and advertising revenue surged as Xperi expanded audience data, measurement and inventory, while Wurl and Amazon advanced AI-powered connected-TV buying.

Xperi’s TiVo One advertising platform reached 6.3 million monthly active users worldwide in the second quarter of 2026, helping drive a 54% year-over-year increase in advertising and related revenue. Xperi also reported 70% annual growth in TiVo One users, a 310% increase in annual ad impressions, 90% growth in engagement with home-screen advertising and a 320% increase in monthly viewing of FAST programming on TiVo Channels. The results put concrete revenue and engagement figures behind the television industry’s shift toward automated buying, audience intelligence and outcome measurement. Matt Milne, Xperi’s chief revenue officer and president of TiVo Ads, said advertisers increasingly want measurable outcomes, premium experiences, trusted audience intelligence and additional reach that does not duplicate audiences available elsewhere.
TiVo Ads expanded automatic content recognition data in the United States and United Kingdom and combined it with clickstream information. Xperi said those capabilities support campaign planning, audience segmentation, attribution and measurement. TiVo One also broadened its advertising distribution through reseller partnerships in North America and Europe. Xperi’s quarterly results identified Teads and Kargo among partners being integrated to transact TiVo One’s home-screen video inventory. (tvtechnology.com)
Other streaming-advertising platforms are attacking the same monetization problem from different directions. Wurl launched a content-intelligence platform connecting streaming programming signals with programmatic demand through Peer39, IRIS.TV and KERV. Ria Madrid, Wurl’s vice president of advertising partnerships, said one integration can give demand-side platforms access to more than 140 billion signal-enriched impressions monthly across more than 70% of ad-supported streaming inventory. Wurl’s technology can analyze genre and emotional context at the scene level, while KERV contributes object recognition and precise ad-break targeting. (streamingmedia.com)
Amazon Ads, meanwhile, introduced Amazon Ads Agent, combining sponsored ads, Full-Funnel Campaigns and Display, Video and Audio buying in an agentic-AI platform. Its DVA+ offering uses shopping, browsing and streaming signals to automate placements across streaming TV, online video, display and audio while preserving advanced controls for experienced buyers. ConsumerEXP analysis: For viewers, these developments may produce advertising more closely matched to programming and interests. For streaming platforms, TV manufacturers and FAST-channel operators, TiVo’s reported growth demonstrates why the television home screen, viewing data and measurable business outcomes are becoming central monetization assets.
